By visiting our website or purchasing pieces from our collections, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content available on this website—including but not limited to brand trademarks, logos, editorial photography, silhouette sketches, copywriting, user interface design, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of Beautifique Styles and is protected under United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark laws.

No portion of our editorial imagery or designs may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Security

All prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. For international orders, duties and import taxes will be calculated at checkout or billed according to local regulations.

We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors and cancel orders placed for products with incorrect price listings. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation; actual contract formation occurs once your items have shipped.

All electronic payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

4. Product Descriptions & Artisanal Quality

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our garments and leather goods as accurately as possible. However, because our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials such as vegetable-tanned calfskin, Scottish Shetland wool, and Mongolian cashmere, subtle variations in texture and grain are natural characteristics of heirloom quality.

Limited edition releases and runway pieces are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

5. Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided during checkout. All parcels are fully insured in transit until confirmed receipt.

6. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our voluntary policy, you have the right to return unworn items in pristine condition within 30 days of receipt. All security ribbons and tags must remain attached.

Custom bespoke alterations and monogrammed items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect and process personal data in full compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never sell or lease client information to third parties.
