30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Return Requirements
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- All garment security tags and designer labels must remain affixed.
- Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces with protective sole films intact.
- Leather bags and garments must be packed in their original dust bag and rigid box.
- Final sale items and customized bespoke orders cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return
A pre-printed prepaid domestic return shipping label is enclosed inside your package. Simply re-pack your items securely and drop the parcel at any authorized courier depot.
